解郁丸联合疏肝解郁胶囊治疗抑郁症的临床研究

目的探讨解郁丸联合疏肝解郁胶囊治疗抑郁症的疗效及安全性。方法将116例抑郁症患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组58例。对照组给予帕罗西汀治疗;观察组给予解郁丸和疏肝解郁胶囊治疗。疗程为6周。观察并比较2组患者的临床疗效、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分、临床疗效总评量表（CGI-SI）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分及副反应量表（TESS）评分。结果观察组的治愈率和总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05或0.01）;2组患者治疗后的HAMD、CGI-SI及SDS评分明显低于治疗前（P〈0.05或0.01）,且观察组治疗2周后的HAMD、CGI-SI及SDS评分明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组的不良反应数及TESS评分均明显低于对照组（P〈0.05或0.01）。结论解郁丸联合疏肝解郁胶囊治疗抑郁症的临床效果显著,不良反应少,同时能改善患者睡眠质量。

Clinical study on efficacy of Jieyu pill combined with Shugan Xieyu capsule in treatment of depression

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of Jieyu Pill combined with ShuGan capsule in the treatment of depression. Methods Total 116 cases of depression were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 58 cases in each group. The control group was given paroxetine while the observation group was given Jieyu Pill and ShuGan jieyu capsule for 6 months. The clinical curative effect,Hamilton depression rating scale（ HAMD）,Clinical Global Impression（ CGI） scale,depression self-rating scale（ SDS） score and the side effects scale（ TESS） rating were compared between the two groups. Results The cure rate and the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05 or 0. 01）; HAMD and CGI-SI,and SDS score in both groups decreased significantly after the treatment（ P〈0. 05 or 0. 01）,and the observation group was improved dramatically after 2 weeks of treatment as compared with the control group（ P〈0. 05）; The incidence of adverse reactions and TESS score of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group（ P〈0. 05 or 0. 01）.Conclusion The clinical effect of Jieyu Pill combined with ShuGan JieYu capsule for depression is remarkable,and with fewer side effect,and the patients＇ quality of sleep can be improved.
