磷酸化STAT3和磷酸化Akt及磷酸化ERK1/2与鳞状细胞癌大小及转移的关系

目的:了解磷酸化细胞信号传导与转录活化因子3(p-STAT3)和磷酸化Akt(p-Akt)及磷酸化细胞外信号调节激酶(p-ERK1/2)在鳞状细胞癌(SCC)中的表达及与肿瘤大小及转移的关系。方法:将50例SCC按肿瘤大小及是否转移分组,采用免疫组化法检测其中p-STAT3,p-Akt及p-ERK1/2的表达,评估其与SCC大小及转移的关系。结果:p-STAT3、p-Akt及p-ERK1/2在SCC中均有较高的阳性表达率。p-STAT3和p-Akt的阳性表达在有转移的SCC中高于无转移的SCC(P<0.05),而与肿瘤的大小无关(P>0.05)。p-ERK1/2的阳性表达与SCC的转移无关(P>0.05),而与肿瘤的大小有密切关系(P<0.05)。结论:p-STAT3,p-AKt和p-ERK1/2在SCC的发病机制中起重要作用。p-STAT3和p-AKt在SCC的转移机制中起重要作用,而p-ERK1/2则在肿瘤生长中起重要作用。

Correlation of phosphorylated-STAT3, phosphorylated-Akt and phosphorylated-ERK1/2 to the size and metastasis of squamous cell carcinoma

Objective:To determine the expression of p-STAT3,p-Akt and p-ERK1/2 in squamous cell carcinoma(SCC)and to evaluate the relationship between the expression and the size and metastasis of SCC.Methods:Fifty cases of SCC were divided into groups according to the size and metastasis.The expression of p-STAT3,p-Akt and p-ERK1/2 of the tumor was measured by immunohistochemistry and the relationship between the expression of p-STAT3,p-Akt and p-ERK1/2 and the size and metastasis of the tumor were analyzed.Results:(1)The expression of p-STAT3,p-Akt and p-ERK1/2 was significantly higher in SCC;(2)The expression of p-STAT3 and p-Akt was correlated with the metastasis of SCC,but not correlated with the size of SCC;(3)The expression of p-ERK1/2 was not correlated with the metastasis of SCC,but correlated with the size of the tumor.Conclusion:p-STAT3,p-Akt and p-ERK1/2 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of SCC,and the expression of p-STAT3 and p-Akt may be correlated with the metastasis of SCC,while the expression of p-ERK1/2 may relate to the tumor size.
