摘    要:目的 :探讨黄芪有效成分最佳提取工艺。方法 :采用先醇提后水提制备黄芪皂苷 (AS)和黄芪多糖 (ASP) ,确定了合适的醇提次数。结果 :乙醇用量、提取时间等对黄芪皂苷、多糖的提取有显著影响。结论 :黄芪药材用体积分数为 95 %乙醇提取皂苷后 ,再用水提取多糖可充分利用药材

Abstract:Objective: To study the optimum extraction technology of active components from Astragalus membranaceus.Methods: ASP and AS were obtained with the methods of ethanol extraction first, and the water extraction second, then the optimum times of ethanol extraction were determined.Results: The amount of alcohol and extraction time had significant influence on ASP and AS extraction. Conclusion: Using 95% alcohol to extract AS and then using water to extract ASP is optimum for the full utilization of Astragalus membranaceus.
