牙隐裂病因分析与临床治疗

目的：探讨牙隐裂的临床治疗及其影响因素。方法：对44颗隐裂患牙根据其临床表现不同,分别采用活髓全冠修复（5颗）、根管治疗前即刻暂时冠修复＋根管治疗后全冠修复（6颗）、大量调＋根管治疗后全冠修复（25颗）、桩核冠修复（6颗）及冠延长术＋桩核冠修复（2颗）等不同的治疗方法,治疗后追踪0.5-5年。结果：修复后的成功率84.1%,临床疗效受多种因素的影响,其中隐裂纹的深度、隐裂纹涉及的边缘嵴数、牙周袋的深度均影响治疗的成功率。结论：针对不同程度的牙隐裂,采取不同的临床治疗方法是治疗成功的关键。

The clinical effects analysis of incompletely fractured teeth

Objective：To investigate the clinical effects and analyze related influential factors of incompletely fractured teeth.Methods：44 incompletely fractured teeth were treated with five various methods,including 5 teeth by full crown restoration with vital pulp directly,6 teeth by provisional crown restoration before root canal obturation and full crown restoration after root canal obturation,25 teeth by occlusal adjustment largely and full crown restoration after root canal obturation,6 teeth by post-and-core crown restoration,2 teeth by post-and-core crown restoration after crown lengthening.Six months to five years follow-up results were evaluated.Results：The clinical successful rate was 84.1%.There were a lot of influential factors on the long term curative effect.The depth of fracture,the number of marginal ridge included by incompletely fracture and the depth of periodontal pocket affected the successful rate significantly.Conclusion：It is suggested that special measures taken to the fractured teeth with different level are the key of successful therapy.
