| 摘 要： | 目的研究不同原因血小板(PLT)减少症患者血清白细胞介素-11(IL-11)的变化及临床意义。方法对114例患者分为特发性PLT减少性紫癜(ITP)组、血液肿瘤组、其他血液病组和实体肿瘤组4个小组,同期30名健康献血员为对照组,应用双抗夹心酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定IL-11,并进行统计分析。结果 ITP组、其他血液病组和实体肿瘤组血清IL-11水平分别52.60±27.67、51.05±28.15和(49.81±26.66)pg/mL,均显著高于对照组(36.31±18.95)pg/mL,P<0.05];而血液肿瘤组血清IL-11水平为(38.43±19.30)pg/mL,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论不同原因PLT减少症患者血清IL-11水平不一致,检测其IL-11有助于了解不同原因PLT减少的可能机制和指导临床治疗。
