泌尿生殖道感染支原体、衣原体联合检测的临床分析

摘    要:目的探讨沙眼衣原体和支原体的感染现状,分析支原体的敏感性和耐药性。方法收集2010年1月—2012年1月期间,该站相关科室所收治的疑患有NUG的患者768例,取其泌尿生殖道标本进行分析,采用细菌培养法培养支原体,用药敏试剂盒作药敏试验,用金标法检测沙眼衣原体。结果检出768例标本中共有418株阳性标本,占总数的54.4%,其中,支原体阳性398例,占51.8%,明显比衣原体的7.3%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。支原体的药敏试验结果显示,Uu对12种抗菌药物敏感性最高的是美满霉素、交沙霉素、强力霉素、克拉霉素,耐药性最高的为克林霉素、甲砜霉素;Uu+Mh最敏感的有交沙霉素、强力霉素和美满霉素,耐药性最强的有阿奇霉素、红霉素、克拉霉素、罗红霉素。结论泌尿生殖道感染主要是Uu感染,对支原体进行耐药试验,并应根据不同的感染类型以及药敏试验结果合理地选择抗菌药物,可以有效降低发病率。

Abstract:Objective To investigate chlamydia trachomatis and gland mycoplasma infection situation, analyzes mycoplasmal sensi- tivity and resistance. Methods Collect the relevant departments in our were suspected of 768 cases of patients with NUG,take the genitourinary tract specimens were analyzed, and the bacteria cultivation culture mycoplasma, drug sensitive kit for drug sensitive test, gold-sign method to detect chlamydia trachomatis. Results Detection of 768 cas-es of specimens from a total of 418 strains of positive samples, accounting for 54.4% of the total, Mycoplasma positive in 398 cases, accounting for 51.8%, than the 7.3%(P〈 0.05 ) of Chlamydia trachomatis. Mycoplasma drug sensitive test showed that, Uu to i2 kinds of antibiotics sensitivity is highest in minocycline, doxycycline, josamycin, clarithromycin, resistance was highest for clindamycin, thiamphenicol; Uu+Mh most sensitive with josamycin, doxycycline and minocycline, the strongest with Archie mildew resistance, erythromycin, clarithromycin, rox- ithromycin. Conclusion Urogenital tract infection is mainly Uu infection, Mycoplasma drug resistance test, and according to the different types of infection and drug sensitive tests of reasonable choice of antibacterial drugs, can effectively reduce the incidence of.
