壳聚糖生物医用材料的应用

壳聚糖（CS）是一种半合成高分子氨基多糖,具有独特的化学结构,主要存在于动植物虾蟹壳中,由于对人体无毒、无刺激、无致敏、生物可降解等特性,是FDA认可的一类生物降解材料并且已广泛应用于生物医用材料领域。该文简要介绍了壳聚糖材料在生物组织工程、药物释放载体和医用敷料方面的应用,对其在生物医学领域的研究前景做了进一步展望。

Chitosan Biomedical Materials Applications

Chitosan polymers are semi-synthetically derived aminopolysaccharides that have unique structures, muhidimensional properties, and also is accredited by FDA,for the non-toxic,without stimulation and sensitization,degradation and so on, so chi- tosan and its derivative have been used in biomedical materials. This paper introduced some applications of chitosan in medical filed,such as tissue engineering,drug delivery system and medical dressing, and also view the using further of cs in the biomedical field.
