提高颈外静脉穿刺成功率的方法探讨

目的探讨急诊危重患者抢救时提高颈外静脉穿刺成功率的方法。方法将108例需施行颈外静脉穿刺的神智清醒的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各54例,观察组采用改良技术穿刺法,对照组采用传统技术穿刺法,对两组一次穿刺成功率和穿刺所需时间进行比较。结果两组患者一次穿刺成功率和穿刺时间比较差异均有统计学意义,观察组一次穿刺成功率高于对照组(P<0.05),穿刺时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论证实了改良技术穿刺法优于传统技术穿刺法,为危重患者的抢救赢得了时间,值得在临床中推广应用。

Exploring Methods to Improve the Success of Puncture of External Jugular vein

Objective Exploring methods to improve the success rate of puncture of external jugular vein in saving ER seriously injured Patients. Methods One hundred and eight cases of the conscious patients of external jugular vein puncture in our hospital from January 2010to September 2012 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 54 cases.The observation group was used the improved method and the control group was used the traditional one. the one-time success rate of puncture and puncture time of two groups were compared. Results There were statistical significant difference in one-time success rate of puncture and punc-ture time between the two groups. The success rate in observation group was higher than it in the con- trol group （P〈0.05）,and puncture time in observation group was shorter than it in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion This demonstrates that the improved method is better than the traditional one. It can save the valuable time which is used to save ER seriously injured patients, so it is worthy of clinical application.
