| 摘 要： | 目的探讨鼻内镜下手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉围手术期的护理。方法 103例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者随机分为观察组（53例）和对照组（50例）,对照组采用常规护理方法,干预组采用护理干预措施,比较两组的护理效果。结果干预组护理效果明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论护理干预措施可明显提高治疗效果和患者满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the significant nursing measures for chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp in the perioperative period. Methods 103 patients were divided randomly into the intervention group（53 cases） and control group（50 cases）. The control group was applied for the routine nursing care,the intervention group took the nursing intervention measures, and then compared the nursing efficacy of them. Results Comparing the results of two groups of patients, the intervention group was significantly higher than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The nursing intervention measures can improve therapeutic effect and satisfactory degree of patients. |
