| 摘 要： | 目的探讨64排CT冠状动脉成像在检测冠状动脉畸形的方法和诊断价值。方法收集2010年7月—2012年7月在该院行CT冠状动脉成像的945例患者的CTA资料,以DSA为金标准,总结冠状动脉畸形的发病率和CT表现。结果 945例患者共检出各类冠状动脉畸形9例,发病率为0.95%,其中发生于左冠状动脉3例,右冠状动脉4例,冠状动脉瘘2例。结论 64排CT冠状动脉成像能够准确展示冠状动脉畸形,可成为筛查冠状动脉畸形的常规手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore 64 row CT coronary artery imaging in the detection of coronary artery malformation method and the diagnostic value. Methods Collected from July 2010 to July in our hospital row CT coronary artery imaging of 945 patients of CTA material, with DSA for gold standard, summarizes the incidence of coronary artery malformation and CT performance. Results 945 patients were detected all kinds of coronary artery malformation 9 cases, found that rate is 0.95%, which occur in the left coronary artery in 3, right coronary artery 4 cases, coronary artery fistula in 2 cases. Conclusion 64 row CT coronary artery imaging can accurately show coronary artery malformation, can become screening coronary artery malformation of the conventional method. |
