DHS治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床护理探讨

目的探讨应用综合护理方法在DHS治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的作用。方法选取自2010年1月—2012年1月在该院骨科住院并行DHS治疗股骨粗隆间骨折患者共67例,其中37例患者采用术前、术后加强心理、饮食等护理,术后注意观察生命体征,对患者进行功能锻炼、预防并发症的综合护理方法,30例患者采取基础护理的方法,对比两组患者出院时的一般情况。结果该组病人手术方案制定合理,术后无护理并发症。结论综合护理疗法可使患者积极配合手术治疗,术后渐进性进行功能锻炼,可使患者早期下床活动,减少并发症,提高生活质量。

The Clinical Nursing Explore DHS Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fractures

Objective To investigate the application of integrated care approach to the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in the DHS. Methods In our hospital DHS treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in patients with a total of 127 cases from 2010,01 to 2012,01, of which 60 cases were treated with preoperative, postoperative strengthen psychological, diet care, postoperative ob- serve the vital signs of patients with functional exercise comprehensive care to prevent complications, and 67 patients to take basic care, compared two groups of patients were discharged in general. Results The patient surgery program to develop a reasonable, postoperative care complications. Conclusion Integrated care therapy allows patients to actively cooperate with the surgical treat- ment and and postoperative progressive functional exercises, allows patients early ambulation, reduce complications, and improve quality of life.
