鼻内镜在口腔颌面外科手术中的应用

目的探讨鼻内镜在口腔颌面外科手术中的应用方法及效果。方法将手术器械及鼻内镜置入患者微创切口内,以恰好能置入手术器械及鼻内镜为最适宜切口大小,根据病患类型及实际需要选择在不同角度的引导下行鼻内镜手术操作。结果鼻内镜下56例患者手术均获得成功,手术完成彻底、时间短,操作定位精确,复发率低、效果良好。结论在鼻内镜下可以更加彻底、精确地完成口腔颌面外科手术,取得较为满意的治疗效果,具有很强的可行性,值得在临床上推广应用。

Endoscopic Applications in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

Objective To explore the method and effect of endoscopic applications in oral and maxillofacial surgery. Methods Surgical instruments and endoscopic implantation in patients with minimally invasive incision to happens inside the surgical instruments and endoscopic incision size as the most appropriate, based on patient type and the actual need to select the in different angles boot downlink intranasal arthroseopic surgery operation. Results Endoscopic 56 patients surgery is successful, the procedure is finished completely, time is short, precise positioning operation, the recurrence rate is low, the effect is good. Conclusion Intranasal endoscopic more thorough and accurate completion of the oral and maxillofacial surgery achieved a satisfactory therapeutic effect, has a strong feasibility, worthy of clinical application .
