HIV抗体阳性孕妇围手术期的观察和护理

目的研究围手术期强化护理措施对HIV抗体阳性孕妇心理状态的影响。方法 2011年1月—2012年8月该院收治HIV抗体阳性孕妇6例,均行剖宫产手术结束分娩,围手术期依据汉密尔顿抑郁量表制定强化护理措施,对比分析患者护理前后焦虑量表评分情况。结果围手术期实施强化护理干预措施,患者紧张、焦虑、自卑、自责、言语减少明显缓解,手术前后对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HIV抗体阳性并行剖宫产术孕妇围手术期行强化护理干预措施有积极作用,值得在临床上推广应用。

HIV Antibody Positive Perioperative Bbservation and Nursing of Pregnant Women

Objective The nursing Strengthening measures to HIV antibody positive,observe effects of cesarean section maternal anxiety during operation period of peri operation period. Methods 8 cases of pregnant women of HIV antibody positive were found in our hospital in 2011 January to 2012 August,who were Underwent cesarean delivery operation.Peri operation period according to the Hamilton depression scale to develop intensive nursing measures, Comparative analysis of patient care and anxiety scale score. Results Strengthen the implementation of nursing intervention measures in peri operation period ,patients with tension, anxi- ety, low self-esteem, depression and negative significantly reduce, There is significant difference before and after operation （p〈 0.05）. Conclusion Strengthening the nursing intervention measures on HIV antibody positive parallel cesarean section has a posi- tive effect of operation period of the pregnant women, It is in the clinical application.
