摘    要:目的对妇科门诊837例患者阴道分泌物检查结果进行分析,旨在大体了解罹患阴道炎情况,为临床医师确定治疗方案提供依据。方法每例样本同时取干管和生理盐水管,前者采用妇炎知细菌性阴道病联合测定试剂盒(以下简称试剂盒)进行细菌性阴道病(Bacterial Vaginosis,BV)快速检测;后者常规涂片法镜检清洁度、阴道毛滴虫(Trichomonas Vaginalis,TV)和真菌。结果 837例中患真菌、BV及TV,包括混合感染者299例,其中真菌感染占57.9%,BV占38.1%,TV占16.7%,混合感染占12.7%;非以上情形者538例(64.3%),其中有不同程度炎症者占87.5%,所有指标均示正常者31例(5.7%)。以上各情况均主要集中在20~29年龄段。结论阴道炎感染率较高,致病菌呈多样性分布,并提示在不同年龄妇女阴道炎致病菌所占比率不同,可能与年龄相关的生理因素及个人行为因素有关。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the positive rate of the three main kinds of vaginitis and the inflammation degree in vaginal se- cretion of 837 samples. Methods The clean degree , vaginal eandidiasis and trichomoniasis were examined by microscopy used aseptic swab added physiological saline. And BV ,LE and H202 were determined by a clinical diagnosis kit used the dry swab. Results The positive rate of vaginal candidiasis ,BV ,TV and mixed infection are 57.9%,38.1%, 16.7% and 12.7% in 299 cases , respectively. The distribution of inflammation accounted for 87.5% in 538 cases. There are only 31 women of all normal items in 538 samples. The group of 20-29 ages with the high rate of vaginitis and inflammation will be focused on. Conclusion The infec- tion rate of vaginitis is quite higher and pathogenic bacteria distributes in muhrformity.the proportions of various pathogens in vag ini- tis Of women of different ages are different, which may be re lated to age- related physiological factors and individual behavior factors.
