彩色超声与钼靶摄片在乳腺包块诊断中的比较研究GES-6

目的比较彩色超声及钼靶摄片对乳腺包块的诊断及鉴别诊断价值。方法对86块乳腺包块进行彩色超声检查机X线钼靶摄片,所有肿块均进行穿刺或手术活检行病理检测,比较两种检查方法在乳腺包块良恶性诊断及分类中的价值。结果 X线钼靶诊断乳腺癌的敏感性、特异性、假阴性率、假阳性率分别为91.2%、57.7%、8.8%、42.3%;彩色超声分别为81.0%、78.6%、19.0%、21.4%;两种检查方法鉴别良恶性的敏感性和特异性相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。除乳腺癌以外,彩色超声对其他各种乳房包块的鉴别诊断的正确率均>90%。结论彩色超声在诊断乳腺癌的特异性优于钼靶摄片,能鉴别各种乳腺包块,准确率高,具有较高的临床实用价值。

Comparative Studies of Color Doppler Ultrasound and Mammography in Breast Lump

Objective To analyze the value of color Doppler ultrasound and mammography for breast lump. Methods 86 cases of breast diseases underwent color Doppler ultrasound and mammography, all of them were comfirmed by pathological examination. Results The diagnostic sensitivity, specificity, false negative rate and false positive rate of breast cancer with mammogram were 91.2%, 57.7%, 8.8% and 42.3% ;the diagnostic sensitivity, specificity, false negative rate and false positive rate of breast cancer with color Doppler ultrasound were 81.0%, 78.6%, 19.0% and 21.4%; there were significant difference in the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of each method （P〈0.05）. Except for the breast cancer, the accuracies of color Doppler ultrasound for other kinds of lumps were all high to 90%. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound which with high accuracy, can distinguish various kinds of breast lumps. It has high clinical practical value.
