消旋山莨菪碱雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿喘息性支气管炎的疗效评价

摘    要:目的观察和评价消旋山莨菪碱雾化治疗婴幼儿喘息支气管炎的有效性和安全性。方法选取582例符合喘息性支气管炎诊断标准和纳入标准的患儿,分成对照组和治疗组;两组均接受相同综合治疗,包括抗感染、止咳、化痰、平喘等治疗;对照组雾化吸入治疗为生理盐水加吸入用布地奈德和沙丁胺醇,治疗组在些基础上加入消旋山莨菪碱注射液。观察两组哮鸣音消失时间,肺部湿罗音消失时间,治愈住院时间,进行统计学μ检验。结果治疗组优于对照组,经统计学μ检验,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组病例无一例发生不良反应。结论消旋山莨菪碱注射液雾化吸入治疗喘息性支气管炎疗效好,未发现不良反应,值得临床推广。

Abstract:Objective To observe and evaluate racanisodamine atomization treatment infants with wheezing bronchitis of the effica- cy and safety of. Methods 582 cases with asthmatic bronchitis in children with diagnostic criteria and standards, divided into con- trol group and treatment group; group two received the same treatment, including resistance to infection, cough, phlegm, relieving asthma and other treatment; control group atomization inhalation for saline plus suction with budesonide and salbutamol in the treatment group, some on the basis of raeemic anisodamine injection into. To observe two groups of wheeze disappearance time, pulmonary rales disappear cure time, hospitalization time, by statistics u examination. Results In the treatment group than in con- trol group, statistical U test, P〈0.05, significant difference. Group two cases no adverse reaction. Conclusion Anisodamine hy- drochloride injection atomization inhalation in the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis curative effect good, with no adverse reactions, worthy of clinical application.
