男性尖锐湿疣患者合并解脲支原体感染及慢性前列腺炎状况分析

目的分析男性尖锐湿疣患者合并解脲支原体感染及慢性前列腺炎的临床状况。方法对男科门诊84例尖锐湿疣患者,进行解脲支原体培养及前列腺常规检查。结果 84例尖锐湿疣患者中,解脲支原体培养阳性者有36例,占总数的42.9%;在36例解脲支原体培养阳性患者中伴有慢性前列腺炎的患者有28例,占解脲支原体阳性患者中的78%。结论男性尖锐湿疣患者合并解脲支原体的阳性率高,占总数的42.9%;解脲支原体培养阳性患者中伴有慢性前列腺炎的患者比率亦高,占78%,该院诊治男性尖锐湿疣患者时,要进行解脲支原体及前列腺液的常规检查与化验,以防止漏诊,误诊,并规范化的进行合并症的治疗。

The Analysis of Male Condyloma Acuminntum Combine the Infection of Ureaplasma Urealyticum and Chronic Prostatitis

Objective The analysis of clinical conditions of male condyloma acuminntum combines the infection of ureaplasma urealyticum and chronic prostatitis. Methods Ureaplasma urealyticum culture and prostate routine examination of 48 cases of pa- tients with condyloma acuminatum in male clicic. Results There are 36 cases of ureaplasma urealyticum culture, it is 42.9% of to- tality. There are 28 cases of patients with ureaplasma urealyticum in 36 positive cases of ureaplasma urealyticum culture, it is 78% of totality. Conclusion The rate of positive of ureaplasma urealyticum in condyloma acuminatum is high, it is 42.9% of totality. The rate of ureaplasma urealyticum in positive of ureaplasma urealyticum is high also, it is 78% of totality. When making a diag- nosis and give treatment of patients with male condyloma acuminntum, we should take ureaplasma urealyticum culture and routine prostate examination, in order to prevent missed diagnosis or misdiagnose, and treat its complication standardly.
