肠梗阻36例诊治经验

目的总结肠梗阻治疗经验。方法收集该院1999年1月—2012年11月收治的36例肠梗阻病人,根据患者的具体情况选择手术治疗和非手术治疗即给予奥曲肽注射液50μg/h静脉维持。密切观察生命体征变化。该组非手术治愈7例,占19.4%,手术治疗29例,占80.6%。结果该组非手术治愈7例,手术治疗29例。非手术组患者症状缓解时间为(4.5±1.9)d,肛门排气时间(5.3±1.6)d,住院时间(12.1±2.3)d;手术组患者症状缓解时间为(2.5±1.3)d,肛门排气时间(3.3±12)d,住院时间(8.7±1.8)d,手术治疗症状缓解时间和住院时间明显缩短,与非手术治疗差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),发生术后切口感染3例,造瘘口感染1例,无死亡病历,平均住院12d。结论手术治疗肠梗阻疗效显著,值得推广。

Non-surgical patients symptoms （4.5±1.9） d, anal exhaust time （5.3±1.6） d, length of hospital stay （12.1±2.3） d; symptoms in patients of the surgery group （2.5±1.3） d, anal exhaust time （3.3±12） d, length of hospital stay （8.7±1.8） d, surgical treatment of symptomatic remission time and hospital stay was significantly shorter, there is a significant difference （P〈0.05） and non-surgical treatment, postoperative incision infection 3 cases stoma infection in 1 case, no death medical records, the average length of stay of 12 days. Conclusion Surgical treatment of intestinal obstruction effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
