多层螺旋CT成像在原发性肺癌中的应用分析

目的探讨多层螺旋CT成像在原发性肺癌中的应用效果。方法选择2011年3月—2012年12月之间在该院治疗的拟诊肺癌的120例患者,进行多层螺旋CT常规与增强成像。结果与病理结果对比,CT诊断的敏感性与特异性分别是100.0%和50.0%,阳性预测值与阴性预测值分别为96.7%和100.0%。同时CT征象多表现为不规则形态或蝎足形,内部结构多为灶性坏死与钙化。结论多层螺旋CT成像在原发性肺癌中的征象清晰,诊断效果好,值得推广应用。

The Applying Analysis if Multislice CT Imaging in Primary Lung Cancer Patients

Objective To investigate the effects of multislice CT imaging in diagnosis of primary lung cancer patients. Methods Selected 120 patients with suspected lung cancer between March 2011 to December 2012 in our hospital , all cases were given conventional and enhanced multislice CT imaging. Results Compared with the pathological findings, the sensitivity and specificity of CT diagnosis were 100.0% and 50.0%, the positive predictive value and negative predictive values were 96.7% and 100.0%. CT signs of symptoms were irregular shape or scorpion foot-shaped, the internal structure was multi-focal necrosis and calcification. Conclusion Multislice CT imaging in primary lung cancer patients diagnosis is effect, should be widely applied.
