髋关节置换术在高龄股骨颈骨折患者治疗中的效果观察

目的探讨髋关节置换术在高龄股骨颈骨折患者中的临床疗效。方法选择性分析该院收治的33例高龄股骨颈骨折患者的临床资料,患者行全髋置换术,观察术后髋关节功能恢复情况。结果 33例患者术后均无严重并发症状,Harris髋关节评分结果:优14例,良15例,可2例,差2例,有2例切口轻度感染,治疗后痊愈,3例发生短暂性精神障碍,镇静治疗后无碍,术后下床活动时间平均(4.93±2.96)d,住院时间平均(17.96±4.52)d。结论对高龄股骨颈患者性髋关节置换术,并发症状较少,临床疗效显著,有效提高了患者的生活质量。

The Observation of the Effect For Hip Replacement Surgery in the Treat- ment of Elderly Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of hip arthroplasty in patients with femoral neck fractures. Methods The clinical data of 33 cases of femoral neck fractures was taken for selective analysis. The patients were taken with total hip arthro- plasty. The functional recovery of postoperative hip was observed. Results 33 patients were all without serious concurrent symp- toms, the Harris hip score results： excellent was in 14 cases, good was in 15 cases, 2 cases was possible and poor was in 2 cases. There were two cases with the incision mild infection and recovered after treatment. 3 patients were occurred in transient mental disorders, sedation without problems, postoperative ambulation time average were （4.93±2.96） days, the average length of stay was （17.96 ±4.52） days. Conclusion The concurrent symptoms for patients of hip arthroplasty for femoral neck are less and the clini- cal effect is significant, and it effectively improve the patient＇s quality of life.
