| 摘 要： | 目的:观察金黄散外敷治疗静滴可达龙时所致静脉炎的疗效.方法:65例静脉滴注可达龙时出现静脉炎的病人被随机分为两组,实验组采用金黄散外敷,对照组采用25%硫酸镁湿敷,观察局部组织改善情况.结果:金黄散外敷组治疗静滴可达龙时所致静脉炎的显效率明显高于硫酸镁湿敷组(p＜0.01).结论:采用金黄散外敷治疗静滴可达龙时出现的静脉炎有独特疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of Jinhuang powder when externally applied to phlebitis induced by Amiodaronum . Methods 65 patients with phlebitis induced by Amiodaronum were randomly allocated into two groups. The test group was externally applied by Jinhuang powder. The control group was externally applied by 25% magnesium sulfate .Improvement of each group was observed to valued the curative dffect. Results Effective power of Jinhuang Powder group was significantly higher than that in magnesium sulfate group. Conclusion Jinhuang powder has special curative effect when externally applied to phlebitis induced by Amiodaronum. |
