| 摘 要： | 疾病诊断相关组是一种较为先进的付费方式。作为北京市的该付费方式试点医院,医院从试点工作的管理模式、培训动员、病案首页的正确填写、临床路径的管理等与之相关工作进行了探索与实践。

| Abstract: | Diagnosis Related Groups-Prospective Payment System is an advanced way of paying.As a DRGs paying pilot hospital in Beijing,the hospital has done related research and practice from the management mode,training,mobilization,correct filling of the medical record front page and management of clinical path in the pilot project. |
