经直肠腔内超声在肛周脓肿术前的应用

目的 了解肛周脓肿伴随肛瘘的发生率,探讨术前经直肠腔内超声检查的临床价值. 方法 回顾性分析91例直肠肛管周围脓肿手术患者的超声声像图,以手术结果为参照.超声检查采用5 ～ 10 MHz腔内双平面超声探头. 结果 肛周脓肿伴随肛瘘发生率为79.12％,超声诊断准确率为93.41％. 结论 肛周脓肿伴随肛瘘发生率高,术前腔内超声检查相对直肠指诊检查准确率高,有助于临床决定手术方案.

Endoanal ultrasonography for preoperative diagnosis of anal fistula in anorectal abscess

Objective To investigate the incidence of anal fistula in anorectal abscess,and to discuss the clinical value of endoanal ultrasound before surgery of anorectal abscess.Methods A total of 91 inpatients were enrolled in this study.The endoanal ultrasound was performed in all cases before operation by 5-10 MHz double planes ultrasound probe.Ultrasound findings were analyzed and compared with surgical findings.Results The incidence of anal fistula in anorectal abscess was 79.12%.The accuracy rate of ultrasound diagnosis was 93.41%.Conclusion The incidence of anal fistula in anorectal abscess is high.Preoperative diagnosis with endoanal ultrasound is more accurate than digital examination,giving more help for the design of the operational plan.
