| 摘 要： | 目的探索通过降低患者药品费用来减少患者的医疗总费用。方法实施药品集中供应改革。结果实施药品集中供应改革后,门诊次均费用、门诊次均药费、住院次均费用、住院次均药费、平均住院天数和平均床日费用较改革前大幅度减少。结论药品集中供应是减轻患者医药费用负担的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore by reducing costs of drugs in order to reduce the total cost of patients. Methods Re- forming the pharmaceutical centralized supply. Results After reform of the pharmaceutical centralized supply, outpatient cost per visit, medical expenses per visit, hospitalization cost, hospitalization expenses, average time of hospital stay and average cost of bed days before reform are reduced. Conclusion Pharmaceutical centralized supply is an effective method to reduce the burden of medical costs in patients. |
