公立医院引入社会资本中的政府责任分析

Analysis of the Government Responsibility of Introducing the Social Capital to the Public Hospital

China has followed state management system in planned economy period.But with market economy development,capital shortage and low efficiency become difficult problems.As the owner of public hospitals,it is the duty of the government to guarantee the implementation of the policies of introducing social capital to the public hospital.The present situation and its exiting problems of the government＇s responsibilities,which should be carried out in the social financing of the public hospitals from the perspective of the government,are analyzed.Government responsibility reflection of social investmet of public hospitals abroad is introduced.And the public hospital financing system is to be promoted by strengthening the government＇s responsibilities.
