老年住院患者用药合理性分析

目的：调查老年住院患者的用药情况,评价用药合理性,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：应用回顾性分析的方法,随机抽取2011年1月～2012年1月出院的老年患者病历,统计分析临床用药情况,评价用药合理性。结果：抽查的309份病历中,存在不合理用药情况的占14.89%,主要表现为用法用量不合理和用药时机或疗程不合理。不合理用药涉及的药物种类主要为抗菌药。结论：我院老年住院患者仍存在不合理用药情况,需要进一步提高老年患者、尤其是高龄患者的合理用药水平。

Analysis of Rationality of Drug Use in Elderly Inpatients

Objective:To investigate the drug utilization to evaluate the rationality of drug use in elderly inpatients and provide references for rational drug use in clinic.Methods:Medical records of elderly inpatients were randomly select-ed from Jan.2011 to Jan.2012,and the drug use and rationality were summarized and analyzed in the retrospective study.Results:Medical records which had irrational drug use accounted for 14.89% of the total selected medical records.The irrational use of drugs mainly included the improper usage and dosage of drug and unreasonable administration time or course.The irrational medicine mainly involved antibacterial.Conclusion:A certain irrational drug use in the treatment of the elderly inpatients occurred in our hospital;and therefore,the level of rational drug use in elderly inpatients should be improved,especially in very elderly inpatients.
