摘    要:医院运营的高效率来自于医院各个科室的高效率.作为现代医学的重要治疗手段之一,大多数医院输血科的工作量呈持续性增长态势,但同时面临人员短缺或处理空间不足的问题.通过精益管理分析目前的工作现状,发现了一些需要改进的问题,调整了工作布局和工作流程,使标本处理过程的等待时间缩短了50%以上,明显减少了无效工作时间,提高了工作效率,进而实现更高的绩效目标,为改善医院运营效率进行了有益的探索.

Abstract:High efficiency of hospital operation comes from high efficiency of departments operation. As one of im- portant treatments in modern medicine, blood transfusion services of many hospitals are facing continuous increase o workload, shortage of competent personnel and/or physical space constraint. The Lean and Six Sigma methodologies arc used to identify improvement opportunities and subsequent measures are taken to optimize the layout of the workin( areas and workflow. As a result, the sample-handling time was reduced by half, resulting in shorter no-value time ant increased efficiency. The project in blood transfusion is a beneficial exploration for efficient hospital operation.
