探讨应用复方炔诺酮对多囊卵巢综合征行体外授精-胚胎移植的妊娠率影响

目的探讨对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者在行IVF-EF前1周期中应用复方炔诺酮对妊娠率的影响.方法65例因输卵管因素或反复促排卵失败的PCOS患者随机分为二组,治疗组月经第5d开始口服复方炔诺酮,1片/d,服药第15d加注GnRH-a激动剂(达菲林),另一组月经第21d或第2d肌注GnRH-a激动剂;二组均常规行IVF-ET,观察二组的妊娠率.结果治疗组妊娠率明显高于对照组(p<0.05).结论多囊卵巢综合征患者在行IVF-ET前1周期中应用复方炔诺酮后,妊娠率明显提高.

The influence of compound norethisterone on the pregnancy rateof pol－ycystic ovarian syndrome patients who underwent theprocedure of in vitro fertilization embryo transfer

Objective To explore the influence of compound norethisterone on the pregnancy rate of polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS) patients who underwent the procedure of in vitro fertilization embryo transfer(IVF-ET). Methods 65 PCOS patients due to fallopian tube factor or failure to repeat stimulating ovulation were randomly divided into 2 groups: treatment group and control group. All patients were under the procedure of IVF-ET. The patients of treatment group took orally one piece of compound norethisterone every day from the fifth day in the menstrual cycle prior to the procedure of IVF-ET, then were given GnRH-a agonist (Triptorelin) intramuscularly in 15th day taking the drug orally. on the other hand, patients of control group were only given GnRH-a agonist (Triptorelin) intramuscularly at the second day or the twentyth-first day in the menstual cycle prior to the procedure of IVF-ET. The pregnancy rate of the 2 group patients were compared to. Results The pregnancy rate of treatment group is significant higher than those of control group (p<0.05). Conclusions The pregnancy rate of PCOS patients who took compound norethisterone before procedure of IVF-ET was improved significantly.
