| 摘 要： | 本文报告了19例经显微外科手术治疗的脑干肿瘤,其中肿瘤全切4例,大部分切除9例,部分切除6例.除1例术后第8d死于消化道出血,2例症状加重外,其余均获得良好疗效.初步分析了脑干肿瘤的性质,好发部位,临床症状和体征.讨论了脑干肿瘤的手术指征,手术入路,手术要点,术后并发症的防治和综合治疗.

| Abstract: | A retrospective analysis of 19 patients with brain stem tumor was reported. All these patients were treated by microsurgical excision. In 4 patients the tumor was removed completely. Nine patients had subtotal removal, and the tumors of 6 patients were removed partially. Only one patient died of gastrointestinaltract hemorrhage at the eighth day after operation. Two patients showed some progression of symptoms. The outcome of the remaining patients was satifactory. The histopathological types, location and clinical manifestation of the tumors were described. The indication, approach, key point of operation, prevention and management of postoperative complications were also discussed in this paper. |
