| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨低分子量肝素(LMWH)对短暂性脑缺血发作TIA的疗效及预防。方法：选择60例短暂性脑缺血发作的患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各30例，治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用LMWH，分别观察两组疗效及有关实验室指标，并随访1年。结果：治疗组的有效率明显高于对照组，不良反应轻微，PLT、APTT无明显变化，1年内复发率及发生永久性脑梗死明显低于对照组。结论：LMWH治疗短暂性脑缺血发作疗效肯定，且可减少复发及发生永久性脑梗死。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect and prophylaxis of low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) in the treatment of TIA.Method:60 cases of TIA patients were studied by comparison randomly. There were 30 cases in therapy group and 30 cases in control group. Therapeutic effect and guideline of laboratory were obseved. Follow lasted one year.Result:Validity rate of therapy group was 93%. While that of control group was 36.6%. Guideline of laboratory did not obviously go down. Rate of relapes and permanence acute ischemic stroke within 1 year were significant lower in therapy group.Conclusion:LMWH in treatment of TIA is a safe effective method. It could reduce relapse and happen permanence acute ischemic stroke. |
