29例住院精神病人死亡原因分析

目的了解住院精神病人死亡特点，降低住院精神病人的死亡率。方法回顾性调查我院1990年1月1日至2007年6月30日期间住院精神病人的死亡情况。结果死亡病人共29例，死亡率为0．13％，死亡原因主要为猝死（37．93％）、躯体疾病（37．93％％）、自杀（13．79％）、精神药物副反应（10．34％）。结论住院精神病人死因涉及多个方面，要减少死亡的发生必须采取综合措施。

Analysis of the Death Causes of 29 Hospitalized Patients with Mental Disorder

Objective To study the death of hospitalized patients with mental disorder so as to decrease the mortality. Methods A retrospective investigation was made to the death of the patients with mental disorder hospitalized in our hospital from January 1st, 1990 to June 30,2007. Results 29 patients died, the morality was 0.31%; sudden death, as the main eaase, took up 37.93 %, physical diseases 37.93 %, suicide 13.79 % and side - effect of psyehotropie drugs 10.34 %. Conclusion The death eaase of hospitalized patients with mental disorder relates to various aspects, general measures should be taken to decrease the death occurrence.
