社区卫生服务站护理人员现况调查分析

目的 为有计划有针对性地进行社区护理人员培训提供依据。方法 采用统一问卷调查，调查内容包括一般资料、相关知识学习情况、从事护理工作年限和在岗培训情况。结果 护理人员学历偏低，社区护理所必备的相关知识掌握不够，从事社区护理时间短和经验不足，培训机会少，难以满足不断增长的社区卫生护理需求。结论 必须采取相应的措施，加强社区护理人员的培训，提高社区护理队伍的水平。

Survey on the Nursing Staff of Community Health Service

Objective To provide a basis for training the community nursing st aff systematically. Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted on the community nursing staffs on general information, professional experience, and studying and training experience relevant to community nursing. Results The community nursin g staff had a lower educational background. Their knowledge and experience about the community nursing was insufficient, and it was difficult to get the trainin g opportunity for the community nursing staff. Their current situation was unabl e to meet the increasing demand of the community nursing. Conclusion It is neces sary to strengthen the training of community nursing staff and improve the quali ty of community nursing.
