Treatment of prostate hyperplasis by operation: Analysis of 56 cases

Operations were performed in 56 patients with prostate hyperplasis, in whom 30 underwent TVP and 26 did TRP.It is suggested that the selection of operative type should be based on the concrete conditions of a patient and the operator' s skill and habit of working, and good preoperative preparations and postoperative treatment are the key to guaranteeing a safe operation and reducing the postoperative complications for a patient.
