口腔黏膜扁平苔藓与ABO血型关系的初步研究

目的:初步探讨口腔黏膜扁平苔藓(OLP)的发生与ABO血型的关系。方法:以确诊的103例OLP患者为研究对象,以240例健康人群为对照,检测ABO血型,并对各血型分布进行统计分析。结果:OLP患者中O型血者最为多见,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。糜烂型与非糜烂型OLP患者之间,其ABO血型分布无显著性差异(P>0.05);不同性别OLP患者之间,其ABO血型分布无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:口腔黏膜扁平苔藓的发生与ABO血型有一定关系,O型血者相对易患OLP。

Analysis of Correlation between Oral Lichen Planus and ABO Blood Types

Objective: To study the correlation between oral lichen planus and ABO blood types.Methods: ABO Blood types of 103 OLP patients and 240 healthy people were tested,then the results were compared between patients and healthy people,between erosive and non-erosive OLP cases, and between male and female OLP cases.Results: O blood type appeared most frequently among all OLP patients,and there was statistically significant difference between OLP patients and healthy people(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between two groups on A,B or AB blood type distribution(P>0.05).The distribution frequency of all blood types has no statistically significant difference between erosive and non-erosive OLP cases(P>0.05),and between male and female OLP cases(P>0.05).Conclusion: There was a certain correlation between OLP and ABO blood types,and people with O blood type was relatively more susceptible to OLP.
