| 摘 要： | 目的探讨舒适护理在老年创伤性骨折患者中的应用效果。方法分析该院自2011年1月—2012年12月收治的214例老年创伤性骨折患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组105例及观察组109例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予舒适护理,包括心理舒适护理、生理舒适护理、疼痛舒适护理、并发症舒适护理。比较2组患者满意度。结果观察组出现焦虑评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),两组舒适度比较,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理可以降低患者焦虑评分,提高患者舒适度,使患者整体满意度提高,值得临床应用推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing in elderly patients with traumatic fracture. Methods 214 elderly patients with traumatic fracture were randomly divided into control group（105 cases）which used usual care and observation group（109 cases）which used comfortable nursing. It＇s included psychological nursing,physical comfort nursing, pain nursing and complications of comfortable nursing. Two groups of patients were discharged on the degree of satisfaction. Rusults The observation group anxiety score was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. The observation group was significantly higher than that in control group in comfort（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comfort care can reduce the anxiety score,improve patient comfort,so that the overall satisfaction of patients improved,and worthy of clinical application. |
