运动疗法结合盘龙七片治疗膝骨关节炎临床观察

目的观察运用运动疗法、中成药综合疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将患有膝骨性关节炎78例患者,运用随机数字表法分为2组,治疗组(A组)39例采用运动疗法、盘龙七片中成药综合疗法治疗,对照组(B组)39例单纯采用非甾体消炎止痛药口服治疗,以6~12个月为观察期,观察治疗前后病人的疼痛、膝关节活动等改善情况。结果 A组疼痛、膝关节活动等症状改善情况明显优于B组。结论运用综合疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎有助于改善关节活动、减轻疼痛,提高关节稳定性,延缓病情进展,提高患者的生活质量,是较为理想的治疗方法。

Panlong seven tablets in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical observation combined with exercise therapy

Objective To observe the clinical effect of treating knee osteoarthritis with exercise therapy,traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy. Methods With 78 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients,using randomly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group（group A）with physical therapy,Panlong seven medicine comprehensive therapy in the treatment of 39 cases, the control group（B group）39 cases were treated with non-steroidal anti-inf lammatory drugs for oral treatment,from 6 to 12 months of observation,observation of patients before and after treatment,the pain of knee joint activities to improve the situation. Results In A group,pain,knee joint activities such as the improvement of symptoms was significantly higher than that of B group. Conclusion The use of comprehensive therapy for osteoarthritis of the knee to improve joint activities,relieve pain, improve joint stability,delay the progress of the disease,improve the quality of life of patients,which is an ideal treatment method.
