高渗盐水治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效和安全性

目的探讨高渗盐水治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法将2010年3月—2012年4月收治的160例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分两组,对照组给予常规治疗,实验组给予常规治疗联合高渗盐水,观察疗效。结果实验组疗效（97.50%）优于对照组,P〈0.05。实验组患儿咳嗽、气喘（4.25±1.25）d,哮鸣音（3.50±0.76）d、湿啰音消失时间（3.50±0.76）d均短于对照组,P〈0.05。结论高渗盐水治疗毛细支气管炎的效果较好。

Hypertonic saline in the treatment of capillary bronchitis curative effect and safety

Objective To investigate hypertonic saline in the treatment of bronchiolitis. Methods From March 2010 to April 2012, 160 patients admitted in infants with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into two groups, the control group received conventional therapy, the experimental group received conventional therapy combined with hypertonic saline, and the effects were observed. Results The efficacy of the experimental group （97.50%） than the control group （P〈0.05）. The experimental group children with cough, asthma （4.25±1.25）d, wheeze （3.50±0.76）d, wet rales disappears time （3.50±0.76）d were shorter than the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion Hypertonic saline in the treatment ofbronchiolitis better.
