| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胃癌患者围手术期护理中快速康复外科理念的应用效果。方法 42例胃癌患者被随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用常规护理,实验组结合快速康复外科理念实施护理干预,观察术后排气时间、伤口愈合时间、住院时间,患者满意度及术后生活质量。结果两组比较,各个观察指标均有明显差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论结合快速康复外科理念实施护理干预,可促进胃癌患者术后恢复,提高术后生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of perioperative nursing with fast track surgery on the patients with gastric carcinoma. Methods 42 cases were divided into experimental group and control group. The usual care was applied in control group, and perioperative nursing with fast track surgery was applied in experimental group. The time of postoperative evacuating and wound healing, the length of stay, degree of satisfaction and life quality were assessed. Results Compared with those values in control group, there were obviously difference in the each observation point（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The perioperative nursing with fast track surgery can promote ease the pain, promote the postoperative recovery and the quality of life. |
