新单孔腹腔镜与传统手术治疗小儿疝临床疗效比较

目的观察新单孔法实施腹腔镜疝内环口高位结扎术与传统高位结扎手术临床对比疗效并分析总结方法。方法分析该院普外科2010年1月—2012年1月来收治确诊的小儿疝气患者152例,将两组患者随机分为两组,手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间为检测指标。对照组76例:传统高位结扎手术;治疗组76例:新单孔法实施腹腔镜疝内环口高位结扎术。将两组的临床资料进行整理分析以及探讨两组手术方式的优缺点。结果经治疗后,两组患者疝气修补手术很成功,治疗组新单孔法实施腹腔镜疝内环口高位结扎术比较对照组传统高位结扎手术术中手术时间少、手术中出血量少及住院的时间少等优点,极大程度上减少了复发率及术后的并发症,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新单孔法实施腹腔镜疝内环口高位结扎术在小儿安全性及术后的身体恢复要有优势,值得临床上推广应用,所以要好好掌握相关技术,给患者解除痛苦。

Laparoscopic high ligation for indirect inguinal hernia in children by one small incision

Objective To observe the puckering method of internal ring orifice for laparoscopic hernia high ligation compared with traditional high ligation surgery clinical curative effect and analysis methods. Methods Analysis of 152 cases of the pediatric hernia patients treated diagnosed General Surgery,our hospital in January 2010-2012 in January,the two groups of patients were randomly divided into two groups,operative time,blood loss,hospital stay for the detection of indicators. The control group（76 cases）：high ligation surgery;implementation of laparoscopic hernia treatment group,76 cases：new single-hole high ligation of internal ring. The clinical data were analyzed with the two groups and to explore the advantages and disadvantages of the two sets of surgical approach. Results Intraoperative blood loss less and less time in hospital,largely reduces the recurrence rate and postoperative complications,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The puckering method to implement internal ring orifice high ligation in pediatric laparoscopic hernia security and postoperative recovery have advantage.
