帕金森患者疼痛的临床治疗效果观察

摘    要:目的探讨帕金森患者疼痛的临床治疗效果。方法研究我院2011年1月—2013年1月住院并接受治疗的原发性帕金森且伴有疼痛患者69例,三组患者均停用止痛药或未用止痛药,A组给予阿扑吗啡;B组给予左旋多巴;C组给予雷沙吉林治疗,观察治疗前后VAS评分及生活质量中BI指数。结果治疗后三组患者VAS评分及生活质量中BI指数均有所好转,P<0.05,三组治疗后各组各项对比,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。治疗后A组3例无效;B组4例无效;C组6例无效,各组总有效率对比,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论帕金森病患者伴随疼痛较常见,影响患者生活质量,而疼痛发病机理不明,单纯抗帕金森治疗,虽可缓解疼痛,但疗效欠佳。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of Parkinson's patients pain. Methods From January 2011 to January 2013 hospitalized and treated 69 patients with idiopathic Parkinson's disease and accompanied by pain, three groups of patients stop using painkillers or unused painkillers, flapping o give morphine group A; B g roup was siren l-dopa; C group was given LeiSha jilin treatment, VAS scores before and after treatment was observed all BI in the quality of life index, Results Tthree groups of patients after treatment of BI in the VAS score and quality of life index were improved, P〈 0.05, three groups each group after treatment, the contrast, no significant difference, P〉 0.05). 3 cases of group A is invalid after treatment; 4 cases of group B is invalid; Group C 6 cases ineffective, the total effective rate. no significant difference, P〉0.05). Conclusion In patients with Parkinson's disease associated with pain is common affect the patients quality of life, and pain pathogenesis is unclear, just fight Parkinson's treatment, although can ease the pain, but poor curative effect.
