持续性异位妊娠预防方法探究

目的探讨预防持续性异位妊娠的最佳方法。方法将具有发生持续性异位妊娠高危因素行输卵管妊娠保守性手术病人109例,分为术中剥除黄体组、术后肌注MTX组及对照组进行分析。结果术中剥除黄体组术后无1例发生持续性异位妊娠;术后即给予蝶呤肌甲氨注组发生持续性异位妊娠5例,1例二次手术切除患侧输卵管;确诊前未给予甲氨蝶呤肌注组发生持续性异位妊娠17例,2例二次手术切除患侧输卵管。结论输卵管妊娠行保守性手术,术中剥除妊娠黄体是预防持续性异位妊娠的最佳方法。

Persistent ectopic pregnancy prevention method is explored

Objective To investigate the best method of prevention of persistent ectopic pregnancy. Methods Will have persistent ectopic pregnancy risk factors will occur salpingocyesis conservative surgery, 109 patients with divided into intraoperative stripping corpus luteum, postoperative intramuscular injection MTX group and control group for analysis. Results The intraoperative stripping corpus luteum group there was 1 case of persistent ectopic pregnancy; Postoperative to armour ammonia pterin muscle injection group of persistent ectopic pregnancy occurred five people, one secondary resection of fallopian tube; Confirmed before to methotrexate muscle injection group of persistent ectopic pregnancy occurred 17 people, 2 person second resection of fallopian tube. Conclusion Salpingocyesis conservative surgery, intraoperative stripping corpus luteum pregnancy is the best method of prevention of persistent ectopic pregnancy.
