| 摘 要： | 目的探讨皮肤保护粉和防漏膏在结肠造口术中护理的重要作用。方法从2012年1—11月,肠造口病人资料24例,采用皮肤保护粉和防漏膏护理方法。结果无一例出现造口周围皮肤湿疹,糜烂,大大缩短了住院时间。结论在肠造口护理中正确使用皮肤保护粉和防漏膏,可以减少肠造口引起的一些并发症,以减轻患者痛苦,提高肠造口患者的生活质量。
