社区糖尿病护理对患者遵医行为的效果探讨

目的观察布社区糖尿病护理对患者遵医行为的效果。方法选取该院从2011年2月—2012年9月的出院糖尿病患者150例随机分为实验组和对照组两组。对照组在出院后不进行任何影响,而实验组在出院后进行社区干预措施,观察两组患者的遵医行为和血糖控制情况。结果实验组患者在遵守医嘱用药、控制饮食、适量运动、定期检查、戒烟戒酒、自我监察血糖的遵医率上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组在空腹与餐后2h血糖两项指标上,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区糖尿病护理可提高患者对糖尿病的认识,积极进行自我管理,协助其家属督促患者在院外继续进行治疗。值得临床推广。

Analysis of the effect of diabetes care in community on the compliance behavior of patients

Objective To observe the effect of diabetes care on the compliance behavior of patients in community. Methods Patiences who have discharged from hospital from February,2011 to September, 2012 were selected as research object, and they were divided into experimental group and control group by random. After discharging from hospital, no intervention was given in the control group, but community interfere measures were taken to experimental group to observe the the compliance behavior and blood sugar control in the two groups. Results The diversity in compliance rate of taking medicine, controlling of the diet, doing moderate exercise, abstaining from tobacco and drink, and self-testing of diabetes was statistically signifcant in the experimental group （P〈 0.05）. In the index of fasting blood glucose and 2h plasma glucose, the experimental group was lower than the control group, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Diabetes care in community can help patients learn more knowledge about disease, increase their awareness of diabetes mellitus, manage themselves actively, we consider that this mode is worthy of application and promotion in clinic.
