| 摘 要： | 目的探讨妊娠合并血小板减少与新生儿发生血小板减少是否存在相关性，为临床治疗和护理提供参考依据。方珐选择我院产科收治的妊娠合并血小板减少的55例孕妇及卢湾区产院55例血小板正常的孕妇，比较出生的新生儿血小板减少的发生率。检测血小板减少孕妇的抗血小板抗体，再比较抗体阳性者和抗体阴性者分娩的新生儿血小板减少发生率。结果血小板减少孕妇组分娩的新生儿血小板减少发生率明显高于血小板正常孕妇组分娩的新生儿血小板减少发生率，比较有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。抗血小板抗体阳性孕妇组与抗血小板抗体阴性孕妇组相比。新生儿血小板减少发生率比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论妊娠合并血小板减少常导致新生儿血小板减少，护理人员需在妊娠分娩的不同阶段根据不同的治疗方法采取相应的护理措施，加强治疗与护理，以减少胎儿和新生儿发生血小板减少及其他各种并发症。
