沙培林在原发性肝癌介入治疗(TACE)中的初步应用研究

摘    要: 目的 探讨沙培林替代化疗药物对原发性肝癌进行介入治疗的可行性。方法  4 0例原发性肝癌患者分沙培林组及对照组 ,分别进行沙培林TACE治疗及常规TACE治疗 ,对术后反应及近期疗效进行对比分析。结果 实验组与对照组的术后反应指标有比较明显的差异 ,主要反映在白细胞下降的程度及术后发热情况 ,两组的肝功能变化情况则较为相近。在近期疗效方面 ,实验组与对照组没有显示明显的差异。结论 沙培林部分替代化疗药物对原发性肝癌进行介入治疗 ,就术后反应及近期疗效而言是可行的 ,其详细作用机制、远期疗效等方面还有待进一步研究

Abstract:Objective To study if the chemical drug can be replaced with Group A Streptococcus for Injection(GAS) in the TACE of Primary Hepatocellular Carcinoma(PHC).Methods 40 patients with PHC were divided into 2 groups, test group(T group) and compare group(C group). T group were cured with the GAS and parts of the common chemical drug, C group were cured with the common chemical drug. The difference of the reaction and the curative effect in the near future were studied.Results There are obvious difference between T and C group in the postoperative reaction. The curative effects of the two groups are similar.Conclusion The GAS can be used in theTACE of PHC, and the chemical drug can be replaced partly. But the curative effect of the GAS in the long-dated future and its mechanism need more study.
