| 摘 要： | 从临床实践中总结治疗经验，提出癌症治疗的三大原则。①调补脾胃是前提:调理脾胃，以理气为先、为基础;补益脾胃，以补气为先、为基础；②扶助正气是根本:养正积自除，治癌必先扶正，益气、养血、滋阴、温阳；③软坚散结是关键:最常用的有扶正软坚、解毒软坚、攻毒软坚、调气软坚、化痰软坚、化瘀软坚等，这些治法在临床上的灵活运用，可达到削坚散结的治疗效果。这三大原则应贯穿于癌症整个治疗的始终。

| Abstract: | Three principles of treating cancer were put forward on the basis of clinical experience.In the first place,prerequisites lie on regulating and tonifying spleen and stomach which lay stress on regulating and reinforcing qi respectively.Second,strengthening healthy qi takes the fundamental part,so it is necessary to invigorate qi,nourish blood,replenish yin and warm yang in the process of curing cancer.Moreover,the key to treatment is softening and resolving hard masses.The most frequently-used therapeutic p... |
