| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨同型半胱氨酸 (HCY)与心肌梗死 (MI)之间的关系。方法 :测定 2 8例急性心肌梗死 (AMI)患者 ,2 2例陈旧性心肌梗死患者 (OMI)和 2 5例健康体检人员的HCY水平 ,同时测定其血脂水平。结果 :AMI组与OMI组的HCY水平均高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1 ) ,而AMI组高于OMI组 (P <0 .0 5 )。三组血脂水平无明显差异。结论 :HCY是CHD的独立危险因素 ,测定HCY可以了解冠状动脉粥样硬化及其程度 ,在临床上值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the homocysteine (HCY) level in patients of myocardial infarction. Methods:HCY was detected in 28 patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI), 22 patients with old myocardial infarction (OMI) and 25 healthy people who performed physical examination. The level of lipid was detected as well. Results: the level of HCY in AMI group and OMI group is significantly higher than that in healthy group( P<0.05,P <0.01), and the level of HCY in AMI group is higher than that in OMI group. There are no differences in the level of lipid among 3 groups. Conclusions: HCY is one of the independent risk factors of coronary heart disease (CHD), the measurement of the level of HCY can indicate the condition of arteriosclerosis and its degree, and should be applied in clinic. |
