| 摘 要： | 目的探讨青少年腰椎间盘突出症的影像学诊断及外科治疗方法。方法回顾性分析26例青少年腰椎间盘突出症的临床及影像学表现、手术方式及其治疗效果。结果全组病例均获随访，平均随访时间20个月，优20例，良5例，可1例，优良率为96，2％。结论在诊断青少年腰椎间盘突出症中CT可作为首选方法，开窗术和扩大开窗髓核摘除可以达到较好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the methods of the imaging diagnosis and microsurgical treatment of lumbar disc herniation in children and adolescents, Methods The clinical manifestations, imageology, operation approaches and therapeutic effects of 26 lumbar disc herniation in children and adolescents were retrospectively analyzed. Results After an average follow-up of 20 months ,20 cases were evaluated as excellent ,5 cases as good and 1 case as fair according to the Nakai scale. Conclusions CT is the best imaging method for diagnosing lumbar disc herniation in children and adolescents, Effect is good through fenestration and hemilaminectomy. |
