| 摘 要： | 血小板生成素（thrombopoietin, TPO）是近年研究的对早期造血具有重要调控作用的细胞因子，不仅仅限于巨核细胞分化和血小板生成，而且涉及许多造血细胞体 系，对造血活动的诸多阶段都有作用。本文综述了TPO在骨髓、脐带、卵黄囊、胎肝等早期造血调控中的作用及经TPO基因修饰的基质细胞对早期造血祖细胞及巨核系细胞体外扩增的影响。
