| 摘 要： | Rho亚家族属于ras超基因家族,Rho蛋白最重要的作用是调节肌动蛋白骨架系统,在细胞生长、黏附变形和游走调控中起开关作用。Rho亚家族与乳腺癌的侵袭、转移密切相关,以Rho/ROCK为靶点的治疗有望成为新的抗乳腺癌转移的方法。现就Rho亚家族与乳腺癌关系的研究进展予以综述。

| Abstract: | The Rho subfamily belongs to ras oncogene superfamily.Rho protein have been demonstrated to play a key role in cellular migration,cell adhesion,and cell growth as a switch molecular primarily by regulating the cytoskeleton system.Rho subfamily are correlated with the invasion and metastasis in breast cancer.It is suggest that RHO/ROCK could be a good therapeutic target for the prevention of invasion and metastasis of breast cancer cells.The article reviewed the advancement in relationships between Rho subfa... |
